    ON THE WRITTEN COMPLAINT OF SI PASANG BHUTIA OF BHAKTINAGAR PS THAT ON 17/02/16 AT 19:05 HRS IN PURSUANCE OF SOURCE INFORMATION THREE PERSONS NAMELY (I) BIJAY SHERPA, (II) SANGAY SHERPA AND (III) JAYANG BHUTIA @ JEMA WERE APPREHENDED WITH ONE HYUNDIA CAR WB 77A/0550 AT SALUGARA AREA AND FROM THEIR POSSESSION 18 PIECES OF GOLD BAR EACH WEIGHING APPROX ONE KG AND ONE IMPROVISED PROHIBITED FIREARM LOADED WITH TWO LIVE AMMUNITIONS IN ONE MAGAZINE COULD BE RECOVERED (.) AS, THEY CONFESSED TO HAVE COMMIT ROBBERY IN JEWELLERY SHOP SOMEWHERE IN NEPAL AND AS NO DOCUMENTS OTHERWISE COULD BE OBTAINED FROM THEM IN RESPECT OF SUCH POSSESSION, THE SAME WERE SEIZED AND THEY WERE ARRESTED. THE CASE WAS DETECTED BY THE OFFICER AND FORCE OF BHAKTINAGAR PS BY HARD EFFORTS GETTING GOOD SOURCE INFORMATION.DURING INVESTIGATION OF THE CASE IT COULD BE LEARNT THAT THE ACCUSED PERSON OF THE CASE WERE THE RESIDENT OF KATHMANDU NEPAL, COMMITTED ROBBERY SOMEWHERE IN NEPAL AND CARRYING TOWARDS SIKKIM SIDE FOR ITS CLANDESTINE DISPOSAL. THE ACCUSED PERSON COULD NOT PRODUCE ANY DOCUMENTS IN SUPPORT OF THE SEIZED SOLD.
